For the second part of our trip to Sicily we stayed in Catania on the East coast of the island. The city is situated at the foot of Mount Etna, one of Europe's largest and most active volcanos.

We decided to take the accessible Metro to Matosinhos Sul and spend the day soaking up the sun at the beach!

I love going to the coast and so this was a must to do whilst in Lisbon. After doing some research, we came across the seaside town Cascais.

We knew Lisbon was going to be a challenge as it is known as the city built on seven hills! Find out how we got on in our post!
